Today saw an early departure for u16s for a 1030 kick-off at Exmouth. Despite the early start, the boys started with intent and vigour with tries being scored by Tyler Kevern, Jake MacKenzie and Oisin Smith all being successfully converted by Will Lane and a final try before halftime by Harry Westlake. Services went into halftime up 0 - 26.
2nd half saw tries from Jack Richardson and Joshua Bratt with 1 being converted by Ethan Jefford and the 2nd unfortunately hitting the post and rebounding. Jake Mackenzie was unfortunate in having a try held up in the 52nd minute which he then swiftly remedied by scoring the final try of the game converted by Ethan Jefford. The final score was Exmouth 7 Services 45. Well done Services and well played all the boys - excellent gamesmanship and discipline which was commentated on by the match official!
