Saltash Rugby 0 – 14 Devonport Services

The boys were absolutely fantastic from start to finish and, most importantly, played as a team. The defensive effort was outstanding, with some seriously strong tackles flying in!

Superb tackles from Will H, Phil, Max, Sid, Borris, Alfie & Isaac and more — you boys were immense!

We honestly lost count of who scored which try but a huge well done to Sid, Philip, Nico, Max Henry, Reece, Alfie C, Alfie R & Alfie N for getting over the line.

Both Henry and Alfie Rs first game and both with a ball over the line.

For most of the game, we had Saltash pinned in their own half, with some fabulous offloads, great support play and a defensive line that is really starting to come together.

There was some brilliant rugby on show today, and it’s fantastic to see the boys' hard work starting to really pay off.

Ian and Adam are incredibly proud of every single one of the boys today. They were excellent!

A massive thank you, as always, to all the parents for your support, and a special thank you to those taking videos and photos — it’s brilliant being able to capture these moments.

Well done, boys! What a team.
