Services U13s felt very honoured to have the Dutch Women's captain, and Exeter Chiefs second row, Linde Van Der Velden, visit Keyham sports ground on Friday, 6th February to take them through their paces in a training session.
Linde offered to attend the training session as part of Exeter Chiefs' outreach to the rugby community, and Linde's contribution was really appreciated by the players, coaches, and parents.
The players responded in a really positive manner and appeared to respond very well to a different voice coaching them.
A couple of days after our training session, Linde travelled to The Stoop with her Exeter Chiefs squad to take on Harlequins Women in the 3rd v 4th match, which finished 38-38.

DSRFC U13s would like to pass on our appreciation to Linde Van Der Velder for giving up her time to help to develop the squad.
