Services U10s have been working hard in training for the early part of the season, getting used to rucking, scrummaging and mauling, on top of strengthening their safe tackling skills. They got to put all this in to practice today in their first match of the season against OPMs and they played their hearts out!
They were up against a well drilled, competitive OPMs side but it was fantastic to see every single player giving everything they had on the pitch, playing some great rugby and ending the morning with smiles all round.
The commitment and determination was excellent with plenty of other positives. Of course, there is still lots to work on but this was a fantastic start and one they should all be proud of.
